Call us to see if we have a car and driver available to pick you up. We can usually pick you up within 30 minutes.
Can I e-mail you?
If you're planning ahead, we'd love it if you'd e-mail us, or fill out one of our application forms. E-mailing may not be the best idea if you need a ride very quickly. E-mail is notoriously unreliable and can take a while to reach us, and you won't know whether we've even received your message. So calling is probably best. Of course you can e-mail us if you wish.
If you need to be picked up at the airport today or right now, see above. If you're planning a little ahead, call or e-mail and let's talk.
You may want to call us first to discuss what you need, but eventually we'll need information from you including dates, vehicle type, and the number of hours you'll need to hire the vehicle. If you want to hire a bus or van, see our web form
Once we have your information, we'll confirm that we have a vehicle available for you, then send you a contract along with a request for a 50% deposit. Sign and return it with your payment information -- please be sure to give us plenty of advance notice -- and you're set.
If you're planning an event, you do need to have a firm grasp on the number of hours you'll need us. Our drivers can't usually stay "just a little longer" -- they are likely to have other commitments.
Sorry, we do not currently do one-way vehicle rentals. We're just us, and we're only in Durham, NC.
